We are set for a fantastic triathlon with the Brownlee brothers ready to take the Olympic Course in London. The stats say they should get gold and silver, could they? would they? 11.30am we find out…..

Not much longer until T3 and it’s Alistair battling at the front

So we are on the final stage… 10k run and its the Brownlee brothers in the lead. Still waiting on Jonathan to take his 15 secs pen.
The pack are on their tails
Lap 2, A. Brownlee, Gomez and J. Brownlee (still has 15 secs pen to serve)
Lap 3 of 4 and A.Brownlee pushes off ahead with Gomez in second. J.Brownlee will serve his 15 sec pen at the end of this lap…. we hear he has over 20 seconds on the rest of the pack…. fingers crossed for bronze…. will he do it?
