6.30am Sunday morning, the sun is beaming and the skies are blue and I am off to support Ryan & the other triathletes at the Bridge Triathlon.

Ryan was taking part in the standard distance event which consisted of a 1500m swim, 42km bike and 10km run. The event was superbly run by the Bridge Triathlon team. People from all ages were taking part. Can’t say I liked the look of the water myself this morning, but there were some very brave men swimming without wetsuits for charity.

1500m swim completed and Ryan is heading to T1…. wet suit off, helmet and shoes on and his is off to cycle 42km on the mean machine…

After a flying 42km bike leg his new Felt Bike, Ryan is back into T2…. wow that was quick just over 30 seconds and he has his running shoes on to attack the 10k run. Still looking fresh.

Wow a sub 4o mins 10k and he is over the line!! A massive congratulations to Ryan, who finished 5th overall and 2nd in his category.
